History

Souper Natural started at the Beaverton Farmers’ Market in the Spring of 2004. We had a rotating repertoire of only 8-10 soups.

We now sell at Beaverton, Portland, Hillsdale, Lake Oswego, Gresham and Milwaulkie Farmers’ markets with a repertorire of over 30 flavors and growing.

Our Philosophy is to stay true to the food and our customers.

Our soups are prepared using only the finest local ingredients, organic whenever possible and supporting local farmers.

We are proud to say we never use MSG or preservatives and our soups are made from only fresh ingredients.

We offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options as well as traditional fare.
